It’s Showtime

All the kids and coaches are getting ready for a great performance at this years “Night with the Stars” Everyone gets into the act... Dippers, Jewels, Rhythmic Stars, NGL and Lucky Stars. Each evening we hold two shows at 6:00 and 7:30.
This year show dates are May 29, 30 and 31. Our Developmental Team show is a Saturday matinee at 2:00 on June 2nd and the "big" team show is Saturday evening June 9th at 7:00. Tickets for the big event are just $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $2 for kids. Come join the fun at our annual gymnastic extravanganza.

At Jewart's we believe that success comes from creating the "athlete first" and then putting them in the game. The foundation for a champion is Strength, Flexibility, Coordination and Attitude. Challenges for children on the gymnastics apparatus builds those fundamentals.
Our beginer progrmas in Dippers and Lucky Stars present an introduction to fitness fundamentals but our two day programs, Rising Stars, Jewels, and NGL allow your gymnasts to increase their physical capacity to achieve success. Congratulations to our Team Gymnasts

For those of you who are reading this and are in our class program, let me explain about our teams. Gymnastics is divided by skill levels, starting at Level 1 and going to Level 10. Children in our recreation program learn skills that have a Level 1 to 4 value. These skills can take several years to achieve. Our Jewel and NGL program provide our gymansts with competitive experience at these Levels in a two day program. Our Jewels successfully competed with Arcadia on May 5th and our NGL boys will compete against Erie May 12. The kids are excited to show off their progress and we're proud of their hard work to learn the USAG routines.

Northstars Shine

Congratulations to our 2007 qualifiers and medalists. This year we have 19 Competitive Boys, 19 Rhythmic gymnasts, and 67 Level 5, through 10 gymnasts have the opportunity to compete at invitational meets to earn qualifying scores to make States, Regionals and Nationals.
High Fives to our Level 9 team for placing 3rd at States and our Level 7 team for placing 7th at states.

New Gym Update

Wow! This is some undertaking. I can't wait to share details with all of you. Our new facility will give us amazing opportunities to bring better
programs to all of you. We are in the drawing phases...soon to enter the permit phase...then to enter the building phase.

We do hope to strt on our parking lot fix as soon as the drawings are ready...thank you all for your patience.
