Though her day is getting full, there are still a couple openings for "new permanent cosmetic procedures" with Rachel on Wednesday, January 20.
If you are not familiar with her or her services, following is her bio:
Rachel Yakubik-Schinosi has been in the cosmetic industry since 1996. She is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology with specialized training in esthetics and makeup artistry. In the early stages of her career she focused mainly on bridal and photography makeup. In 1998 she began working under a plastic surgeon performing corrective skincare treatments and was sent to Los Anglos, CA to expand her knowledge in permanent cosmetics.
